Leasing broker and fleet management specialist Adept Vehicle Management, which recently snapped up the consumer portfolio of Butlers Vehicle Solutions, has appointed Fleet Assist to help manage its expanded fleet.
With a three-year contract covering cars and LCVs, Staffordshire-based Adept will be using Fleet Assist’s 5,200-strong garage and 500-plus mobile network linked to Fleet Assist’s booking tool, Service Booking Lite (SBLite).
SBLite ensures maintenance and compliance work is directed to the most appropriate garage based on Adept VM’s own bespoke preferences across its fleet management, contract hire, daily rental, personal leasing and salary sacrifice proposition.
These services will feed into Adept VM’s dedicated maintenance support department underpinned by additional support from Fleet Assist’s HQ and field-based team to provide network and technical authorisations as well as downtime management support.
Meanwhile, Fleet Assist’s Paybill service will streamline further the administrative process by consolidating all SMR spend into one invoice, allowing Adept VM’s frontline teams to concentrate on service delivery and preventative maintenance activities.
“We are experiencing growth across all areas of our business and it gives us peace of mind that Fleet Assist is helping us provide the best possible service for our customers whilst supporting our ops team. We look forward to working together over the coming years.”
Mark Pedley Adept Vehicle Management director Tweet
Garry Winckley, Fleet Assist’s business development director said: “We are excited to start collaborating with the Adept VM team as their business continues to grow. Adept VM’s wide product and service offering means meeting a range of customers’ SMR needs which will be made easier with extensive support from the Fleet Assist team.”
