AFL Group has embraced digital automation to streamline its marketing efforts and better connect with its expanding customer base.
Partnering with digital marketing agency Marketing Delivery, AFL has implemented VoiceBox, an automated tool designed to send personalised messages to customers at different stages of their leasing journey. This targeted approach aims to enhance customer retention, re-engage lost leads and boost overall customer satisfaction.
“We’re now able to reach out to customers in the most relevant way. The flexibility in VoiceBox has allowed us to create a suite of messages that are personalised for each individual, maximising the likelihood of a positive outcome.”
Patrick Fagan, Business Development Director at AFL Tweet
VoiceBox’s capabilities extend beyond simple personalised messages according to Marketing Delivery. It allows for tailored timings and follow-ups, enabling AFL to provide relevant information at the right time. This includes initial ‘thank you’ emails, AI-powered communications about add-on products and even EV-specific information for electric vehicle customers.
Charlotte Murray, Commercial Director at Marketing Delivery, highlighted the significance of this collaboration:
“While this is the first time that our solutions have been used by a sole leasing business, the core objectives are fundamentally the same – reaching out to customers in a timely and personalised way. The AFL team has been great to work with, and we already have plans in place for campaigns that will help meet important strategic goals for the remainder of 2024 and beyond.”
