SLOUGH leasing broker and fleet management company, AFL, is supporting its customer fleet management programme by using driver packs from specialist broker provider Fleet Packs.
With its new Fleet Management Made Simple platform designed to help its fleet customers manage down risk and reduce fleet insurance premiums, AFL Group Business Development Director Patrick Fagan believes that AFL should also provide the right equipment to drivers in order to assist reduced risk driving.
“You need to provide fleet drivers with the right equipment to help them towards risk mitigation. Supplying AFL-branded driver packs from Fleet Packs helps provide the right tools to do that job.”
Patrick Fagan, Business Development Director, AFL Group Tweet
Patrick says that packs are individualised to the fleets with seat covers included for commercial vehicle fleets, for example. But all drivers are supplied with a tyre tread depth tool to record tyre depth which is uploaded via AFL’s new driver app, part of the Fleet Management Made Simple programme.
AFL is one of several leasing brokers supplied by Fleet Packs with a variety of different services, including:
- Seat covers – these can be branded with your broker logo, your customer’s logo, or left plain
- Tailored floor mats – in carpet with your logo or heavy duty rubber, made to fit perfectly
- Driver safety fleet packs – designed to keep your customers safe on the road
“It’s the responsibility of fleets to ensure that the equipment supplied to an employee is safe and fit for purpose,” continues Patrick. “With our Driver safety packs we’re doing our part to ensure the highest level of safety.”
