PHIL Deegan is appointed UK Head of Business Development at PAVE, an AI-based inspection platform that automatically inspects and appraises vehicles in real-time.
Phil brings with him some 40 years of automotive experience across driving business strategy and change management.
He has held senior roles at Adesa (now Open Lane), Smart Fleet Solutions, GRS and at GE Capital.
