THE use of Artificial Intelligence in fleet management and new legislation and the impact on fleets head the agenda at the Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP) annual conference on 13 May.
Open to AFP members, places are filling up fast for the event, taking place at the British Motor Museum, Gaydon, Warwickshire. The conference will focus on overcoming the main challenges currently being faced by fleet professionals, as reported by AFP members.
After a welcome and State of the Nation from Paul Hollick, AFP Chair and one of our awards judges, it’s straight into navigating the challenges of EV transition presented by Ayvens.
There will be guest speakers from OZEV and Farizon (the sponsor). The BVRLA will brief members on its upcoming PCN campaign and there will be a session on leading a fleet through crisis and corporate risk. There will also be another of the popular interactive sessions on reducing fuel costs.
Two panel sessions will cover:
• Use of AI in Fleet Management
• New legislation and the impact on fleets in general (calendar of legal changes within the next 18 months)
In addition, the event will also include an AFP Fleet Academy Awards Ceremony to celebrate members who have successfully completed training courses throughout the year.
