The Top Employers Institute certifies organisations based on their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains, which comprise over 100 questions across 20 topics, including:
- People Strategy,
- Work Environment,
- Talent Acquisition,
- Learning,
- Wellbeing
- and Diversity & Inclusion.
The Top Employers Institute appraises the implementation of these HR practices and reviews how they are supported through Strategy, Ownership, Practices, Measurement and Technology.
