AUTOHORN Fleet Services is becoming a Partner of Fleet Alliance.
Autohorn’s Clear Car Leasing business has been rebranded to Autohorn Contract Hire, which will now have access to Fleet Alliance’s primary suite of mainstream funders to offer customers the benefits of panel funding as a Fleet Alliance Partner.
Autohorn Contract Hire will also benefit from the range of Fleet Alliance’s fleet management tools, such as Fleet 360 with its whole lifecycle approach to managing and funding fleets and drivers, along with its market leading electric car salary sacrifice scheme.
“Our strength has always been in car and van rental,” explains Scott Jenkins, Sales & Operations Director of Autohorn Fleet Services, “which rather dominated our thinking. But when we decided to amicably part ways with our long-term rental partner and provide a more complete fleet services offering, the one area that needed some attention was our leasing website.
“By becoming a Fleet Alliance Partner we can now offer customers a much stronger range of complimentary fleet management services, including rental, flexirental and long-term rental.”
As well as the fleet management and funding services provided by Fleet Alliance, Autohorn will also be able to use Fleet Alliance’s superior procurement power to provide competitive business contract hire.
“We’re very pleased to onboard Autohorn as a Fleet Alliance Partner. Autohorn is a hugely respected brand with a vision to provide customer focused fleet solutions that aligns closely with Fleet Alliance. It also has a strong decarbonisation agenda that makes it a very good fit for us.”
Laura Muir, Head of Appointed Representatives and Partner at Fleet Alliance Tweet
Autohorn has invested a six-figure sum in solar panels at its Clifton Moor site to power 12 EV chargers, with more planned as it switches its managed fleet to EVs.
Scott says he anticipates a strong first year for Autohorn Contract Hire, adding that it is already in discussions with two major clients about offering salary sacrifice to their employees.
“I think the partnership will be very good for us. Fleet Alliance will add additional gravitas to our market presence which in turn will help us win more customers.”
