LEASING broker website and CRM provider, Automotus, has broadened the backend functionality of its CRM solution with the integration of Fleet Procure, the broker/dealer procurement system, within the software.

Integration has started for all of the Bridle Group, while other users of Fleet Procure and Automotus will be updated in the coming weeks.

The functionality allows any updates within the Fleet Procure system to be automatically updated in the Automotus CRM. Typically this includes dealer progression of order, key dates, chassis number, delivery date and so on.

This is another milestone for Automotus and our commitment to further enhance the solution and bring added value to our brokers. Integration of Fleet Procure is a significant advance for users of the platform. It mitigates double data entry and reduces human error. It’s also much more efficient. Without the plug-in users will have to do this operation manually. So it’s a great step forward and maintains a high level of data integrity. We are continuing to rollout various new features and functionality as part of our development roadmap and are excited about the new updates around the corner.

Frankie Healy, director, Fire5 Digital – makers of Automotus

Healy said that he was talking with Fleet Procure about further integration with the platform being able to update customers automatically on vehicle build and delivery dates.

Currently there are 59 active leasing brokers using the Automotus website software, Healy confirmed.
