BRITANNIA Car Leasing is expanding with the acquisition of Amber Car Leasing, a specialist broker provider of salary sacrifice.
Amber owner Jason Fenessey and his team will join Britannia in its Macclesfield in Cheshire base. No details were provided of the acquisition cost.
Under the new structure, Amber Car Leasing will continue to operate as a specialist brand within the Britannia Group, providing a dedicated centre for salary sacrifice solutions and ensuring continuity for its existing customers, while also extending the expertise Britannia can offer its clients.
Craig Cooke, Managing Director of Britannia Car Leasing, commented:
“This is something we’ve been actively working towards for some time, and Amber’s strength in salary sacrifice makes it a highly complementary addition to the group.
“It’s a particularly exciting period for the business. Alongside the Amber acquisition, we’ve also welcomed four new starters this month as we continue to scale the team.”
Founder of Amber Car Leasing, Jason Fennessey, added:
“This marks an exciting new chapter for Amber Car Leasing. Over the last 20 years, we’ve built the business on exceptional customer service, strong relationships and a loyal client base. Joining Britannia gives us the scale, infrastructure, and support to accelerate growth, while continuing to deliver the same personal, service-led approach our customers value.”
Britannia Car Leasing said it was continuing to actively pursue strategic acquisitions that enhanced its capability, accelerated expansion, and further strengthened its position as a leading UK leasing provider, while continuing to maintain high standards of service.
