BRITANNIA Car Leasing has promoted Charlie Chapman to Sales Team Leader (above).
Chapman joined Britannia in 2020 as a leasing sales consultant after working for Audi in its retail division. Since then, he has consistently been one of the top performers on the team, using his extensive automotive knowledge to support customers and colleagues, at the Wilmslow, Cheshire, leasing broker.
In his new role, Chapman will be responsible for managing the sales team, providing training, setting weekly goals, and continuing to drive the team to success. He will also work closely alongside Managing Director Craig Cooke, providing valuable input that will allow Cooke to focus on future projects.
Chapman will also be instrumental in helping Britannia deliver a newly introduced salary sacrifice scheme to customers.
“I am looking forward to embarking on a new journey as part of the management team. Since I have stepped into my new role as Team Leader, we have already achieved our best month ever as a sales team, and we aim to end 2024 on a high by exceeding our annual target.”
Chapman is also committed to personal growth and development. He recently completed a marathon and a triathlon in aid of charity and is now training to take part in an Ironman next year.
“I am always looking for new challenges,” he said. “I believe that my drive and determination will help me to succeed in both my professional and personal life.”
