The Best AR category featured some outstanding nominations, making the competition exceptionally close. However, Leasing Route’s remarkable growth, coupled with its strong commitment to customer care, set it apart and secured the top spot. As one judge explained:

The judges remarked on customer service as a focal point at Leasing Route and liked the strong customer testimonials. Customers praised the business for its transparency, clear communication, and support at every stage of the journey. One customer described their experience as follows:

Strong growth
Leasing Route initially operated as a solo venture led by founder Chris Jennings. Since then, the company has expanded steadily, adding one new team member each year and prioritising quality hires so that the business now employs a team of four sales professionals. The judging panel was particularly impressed with the business’s significant growth between 2023 and 2024, as well as its projections for continued expansion in the coming year.
