Sarah Bisset T/A Fleet Alliance
Category:
Best Appointed Representative
About the finalist:
As a Fleet Alliance Appointed Representative (AR), Sarah Bisset has access to a full range of extensive business leasing solutions for fleets, including salary sacrifice. Sarah has worked in automotive sales for three decades and has been a Fleet Alliance AR for 13 years.
Why was Sarah highly commended in the best Appointed Representative category?
This year’s Best AR award in the Broker News Awards 2025 saw some outstanding entries. The submissions were narrowed down by the judges to just two standout finalists – one of which was Sarah. This year, the finalists were so close that the Chair of the judging panel recommended a special commendation to recognise the outstanding work Sarah was doing as an AR. The judges commented:
‘This is a very strong entry. Sarah’s passion, expertise, and dedication to customer service and electrification are evident throughout. The strong testimonials and quantifiable achievements provide solid evidence of her success.’
Dedication to customer service
Sarah’s customer support was highlighted by the panel. The judges noted that she clearly prides herself on going beyond what a client asks for, ensuring she delivers the solution that they actually need. Her status as a trusted advisor to her customers is demonstrated through the feedback she receives. This is a typical example:
‘I think Sarah is fantastic. I’ve been working with Sarah since contacting Fleet Alliance a couple of years ago as I wanted to explore alternatives to our current provider. From the outset I found it difficult not to make the switch – because Sarah was so patient with the endless irritating and repetitive questions coming from me. Sarah always gives me the detail I need and is just a super helpful, lovely person to work with. I’d highly recommend her to any prospective customer.”
Championing electrification
A committed advocate for electric vehicles, Sarah leverages her own experience as an EV driver to help customers understand the real world benefits and practicalities. The panel was particularly impressed by her success in this area – she has introduced multiple salary sacrifice schemes to customers and 87% of her 2024 orders were for battery electric vehicles.
Industry passion
The judging team was struck by Sarah’s evident passion for the sector and the industry experience she brings. One of the panel summarised her commendation by saying:
‘An excellent nominee whose enthusiasm for her role, her customers and the industry she works in really shines through. Highly commended.’
What the winner said
“I was delighted to be nominated again as a finalist in the Broker News Awards, which is always such a fantastic event. It was a real honour to be highly commended as I know the AR category is hotly contested and I’ve definitely got my eye on a future win! Thank you to the judges for their feedback which was very welcome and sums me up perfectly.”
