CONGRATULATIONS to Vince Pemberton and the team at Rivervale for their latest acquisition: OSV on the south coast. Not only is it the second business they have acquired this year but OSV adds greater depth – now there’s salary sacrifice that can be offered. It diversifies the business further giving Rivervale a broad base, from business contract hire and fleet management to OEM dealership, minibus sales, used cars and aftersales. Rivervale – our Best Mid-size Broker of the Year – is quietly becoming a formidable player.
