Sector consolidation continues

Another week, another acquisition. This time it’s Jurni Leasing making a move for electric car pioneers DriveElectric. Mike Potter and Adam Kemp were at the forefront of bringing leasing and Tesla together, but despite the backing of Sumitomo the brokerage never manage to really capitalise on its market leading position. But for Jurni, it’s a smart move to bring all that EV know-how on leasing and salsac in-house.
