Consumer Duty’s influence on the broker market

It’s interesting to see the wider influence Consumer Duty is having on the broker market – and it’s a good one. Above all, it’s making leasing brokers think about what they offer customers (both business and personal). This week Silverstone Leasing has simplified its approach to the market; the week before it was National Fleet Services. Meanwhile Fleet Alliance has defined its approach with a new vision for the brand around sustainable mobility. I can only see this as positive: simplification of approach and better understanding of the business and its offering.ralph
