The PCH sector is starting to look healthier. Retail sales were up in March – OK it’s the plate change month I know – by 14.5%; Leasing.com is reporting a huge uptick in interest during March for PCH deals, up 59%; and now PCH specialist Central Contracts is on course to better 10,000 units by the time 2025 draws to a close. The deals are back, and the private consumer is showing the confidence to engage. Which is a great result for the sector.
