The power of connection
There’s not one leasing broker I speak to that doesn’t have, as their primary focus, the customer experience. So I was intrigued to see a new take on this from Wessex Fleet, and one that wasn’t centred on the digital journey: helping consumers into new leases by getting rid of their P/Xs.It’s the face-to-face stuff, the individuals, the human contact that makes the leasing broker sector so special. It provides purpose, engagement and community.
So I’m delighted that we can share three important announcements that demonstrate the power of connection: supporting the BVRLA at the Leasing Broker Conference; announcing a partnership with Sytner Group for our next Women in Broking Live!; and partnering QV Systems for its Connect 5 event.
