Broker volume starts to turn the corner

A strange thing to say when the broker fleet is down again? Perhaps. But there are many indicators in the latest BVRLA broker report suggesting that brokers are getting to grips with the market post-Covid, post-product scarcity, and post-agency. And what we’re seeing is a major pivot to business broking, leaving the PCH deals to those larger broker specialists. There are more BCH cars on fleet than pre-Covid, for example, while new PCH contracts have dropped significantly since 2019. I think we’ll see this dichotomy grow during 2025.
