LEADING car brand BYD will be the Headline Partner at the Broker News Awards 2025.
Fresh from its sponsorship of the BVRLA dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel on 05 March 2025, BYD is partnering the number one title for leasing brokers at its annual awards luncheon.
It is the first time that an OEM has been involved in the awards.
“I’m really delighted that BYD has decided to support us and the broker channel in these important awards. I think it demonstrates the increasing significance of these awards to the whole sector.”
As well as supporting the entire event, Jack Dixon from BYD will be presenting the winning Broker of the Year Award 2025.
“We’re very excited to be involved in the Broker News Awards. The BYD brand is expanding rapidly and the broker channel is an important element of that growth. We look forward to recognising the best of the best in the sector.”
BYD launched in the UK in 2023 with the ATTO 3 C segment SUV and went on to become the UK’s fastest growing brand in 2024 with growth of 658% and the sale of over 8,700 cars in 2024.
Since the ATTO 3, BYD has launched the BYD DOLPHIN hatchback, the BYD SEAL saloon, and the BYD SEAL U DM-I petrol hybrid. These are all joined in 2025 by the performance SUV BYD SEALON 7. More exciting launches are to come over the summer including the ATTO 2 compact SUV.
Last week it announced an agreement with Arval to launch BYD Lease to help its expansion programme.

New Automotus fleet management portal offers brokers additional revenue streams
