DATA specialists cap hpi and online fleet management firm ODO have combined forces to launch Broker Complete.
Broker Complete provides leasing brokers with a cloud-based fully branded customer-facing website, along with a back end that requires no technical or HTML knowledge to manage, says cap hpi.
Features include a content management system, and the ability to manage multiple rate books and upload offers and best deals.
“Our Broker Complete solution will be ready for customers at the end of November, following some final specification developments and testing,” said Amanda Morgan, head of strategic partners (fleet and finance) at cap hpi.”
In addition to its CRM functionality, there is also the opportunity to provide fleet management solutions for clients through ODO, and its Oracle cloud-based portal.
Amanda continued: “We have developed this unique cloud-based platform to give brokers an affordable end-to-end solution that brings together the best technology to offer a complete leasing package that will help users enhance, grow and retain their customer base. The pricing structure has been designed to appeal to all brokers and we will continually develop our offering in conjunction with consumer demands. Brokers will therefore have the opportunity to take enhanced functionality if they wish to do so as the solution becomes established.”
With its cap hpi backing and data feed, Broker Complete offers brokers a strong proposition. However, it is entering a crowded market with Calas, myDVS, Jacit and Fifty2One Media all providing similar website front end/CMS and CRM control back end off-the-shelf websites.
Simon West-Oliver, director of sales and marketing for DRIVE Software Solutions, the creators of ODO, added:
“This is a unique platform as it offers brokers a soft route into offering automated complementary additional fleet management services on a single integrated platform.”
