CARLEASE UK is to join the online vehicle procurement platform Fleet Procure.

The Leigh-based broker, which will start using the system from the beginning of September, takes the number of leasing brokers using the platform to 29 alongside over 200 active dealers.

Fleet Procure is a ‘cradle-to-grave’ vehicle procurement platform. Features include an intuitive configurator, live pricing terms for dealer and manufacturer partners, availability checker, digital ordering and delivery booking.

The service expects to procure in excess of 15,000 units next year following the recent partnership announced with The Bridle Group. It has also recently increased its direct manufacturer roster to 11 following a new agreement with SEAT concluded this week.

The challenges we all now face in the automotive industry suggest that strategic partnerships and collaborations are essential if we want to develop

Mike King, director of Carlease UK who is pictured above, commenting on the new partnership with Fleet Procure, said:

“At CarLease UK we put our clients at the centre of everything we do. Indeed we are immensely proud of our customer service awards and recognition on Trustpilot. As the business has continued to grow, even during a tough economic and political climate, we have recognised that efficient digital processes are a must if we are to maintain our high standards and reputation for quality.

“Vehicle procurement is a key part of what we do as leasing brokers. We have known Lee and his team at Fleet Procure for some time and have been impressed by their continued successes. The challenges we all now face in the automotive industry suggest that strategic partnerships and collaborations are essential if we want to develop. The opportunity to benefit from time efficiencies, gain access to new relationships and work alongside like-minded leasing brokers will only enhance the CarLease UK proposition alongside our eCarLease and VanLease brands.

“We are certain that the Fleet Procure system offers brokers a professional and intuitive approach to vehicle procurement and we look forward to a fruitful relationship.”

Lee Jones, managing director of Fleet Procure, added:

“I am ecstatic to welcome CarLease UK to the platform and very much look forward to working closely with Mike and Rob King. Their input into future development and our broker community will be invaluable to the future growth plans.

“Despite the shockwave caused by the COVID lockdown in Q2 this year, Fleet Procure is witnessing growth in all areas and 2020 is now tracking to exceed 2019 in terms of both volume and turnover.”

Fleet Procure recently added to its offerings by offering fully functional mobile access to its live dealer stock from smartphones.
