CONGRATULATIONS to Exeter-based leasing broker Carparison on the company’s first anniversary.
Run by general sales manager Matt Woodward, the broker has grown from four staff to 14 since its formation in January 2019.
Sales, as you might expect from a start up, have seen a significant uptick of 500%, but this hasn’t been at the expense of service: Carparison has retained an average score of 4.9 out 5 on customer service review site, Feefo; it has earned them a Gold Trusted Service Award.
Reflecting on the past year’s brokering, Matt Woodward said:
“It was always going to be a big jump launching a new business venture, particularly in a potentially tumultuous economical landscape. So to surpass our wildest expectations for our first year is a real achievement and one we hope to replicate in year two and beyond!
“For me the highlight has been watching my team go from four to 14 in such a short space of time and really finding our identity.”
Matt said that customer service was central to the business, along with its dedication to sourcing market leading leasing deals “that continue to push price expectations”.
