CBVC Vehicle Management has appointed Michelle George as the company’s new Commercial Director.
In this new role for the Staffordshire-based leasing broker and fleet management company, Michelle is tasked with improving CBVC’s salary sacrifice offering, enhancing and developing new client relationships, and ensuring CBVC remains a compelling choice for businesses requiring fleet management provision.
An experienced finance and insurance professional, Michelle will add in excess of 10 years’ experience in relationship and business development. Most recently, she was Strategic Partnership Manager at ElectriX, part of LV Insurance, and played a pivotal role in the partnership between ElectriX and CBVC, successfully establishing strong client partnerships and achieving winning salary sacrifice agreements.

Michelle added that she saw salary sacrifice as a key avenue for growth in 2025 as part of a wider fleet management solution for all customers, including flexi-rental, short-term rental, longer term leasing solutions and driver compliance management.
