CONGRATULATIONS to Christian Butschok-Brain, who steps into the newly created role of Head of Strategic Development at Leasing Options to assist the Manchester based leasing broker with its growth and transformation strategy.
Christian has been with Leasing Options since 2021 starting as a Pricing Analyst before a Sales Account manager role which he started in 2024.
In his new position, Christian will work closely supporting Sales Director Pete White and the wider sales team to lead training, team development, and commercial performance initiatives. His work will directly support the continued evolution of Leasing Options’ sales function and customer experience.
A key second pillar of Christian’s role will be systems development, supporting the work of COO Mike Thompson and IT Director Ben Durkin in the development of internal systems, sales tools and processes.
Additionally, he will be supporting both Harrison Walsh, Head of Procurement and Mike in strengthening the relationships with third party partners ranging from funders and dealers to OEMs.
