THE Coast to Castle leasing broker team headed by Novuna’s Chris Swallow raised a fabulous total sum of £13,196 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association charity.
In total the four cyclists –
- David Blackmore (Fleet Alliance),
- Eddie Wright (Contract Cars),
- Graham Lesslie (GoFor), and
- Chris Swallow (Novuna Vehicle Solutions)
collected £12,196 between them and broker funder Novuna Vehicle Solutions is pound matching the fund raising total up to £1,000.
“We ended up on a total of £13,196 which is a staggering effort from everyone and in particular the broker community who made up the majority of my donations!”
Chris Swallow, National Sales Manager - Associates, Novuna Vehicle Solutions Tweet
The total distance covered along the route was 205 miles. Although five cyclists started out, unfortunately First Vehicle Leasing’s Ian Ball managed to snap off his rear derailler on the second day so he couldn’t complete the final day’s ride (which is why he is missing from the final Edinburgh castle photograph).
Congratulations to all the Coast to Castle riders on a fantastic fundraising effort.
