SURREY-based broker Concept Vehicle Leasing has appointed Neil Barnes as its new senior fleet & leasing consultant.

Barnes, who joins Concept after 15 years working for the BMW corporate network, is the latest new recruit following the appointment of Gary Dawes as head of strategic partnerships in February 2021.

I can now offer my customers a more holistic fleet approach with access to all manufactures in this fast changing market along with a unique fleet supply and management solution for our customers.

CEO Paul Bulloch says the appointment of Barnes is part of a wider growth plan, which includes the recruitment of experienced industry professionals and apprentices for more junior positions.

Concept has recently been approved to recruit sales and business support opportunities using the government’s Kickstart scheme which aims to find work for jobseekers on universal credit between the ages of 16-24.

We’re thrilled to have Neil on board.  He’s a true professional and really knows his stuff when it comes to all things fleet, leasing and electric. He has a solid track record with BMW and is positively embracing the opportunity to adopt a multi-marque approach, backed with fabulous funding and an extensive range of services to support businesses with fleets.  It’s a great move!
