SILVERSTONE Fleet Management has won the Customer Commitment Award at the Northamptonshire Business Awards 2019. Priding themselves on going the extra mile, the Northampton-based broker has added the latest prize to a burgeoning trophy cabinet.
Organisers the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce praised Silverstone Fleet Management on its extra little touches for the customers. These include sending clients a video of their car when it’s ready to collect, a birthday card for the vehicle when customers have had it a year, and VIP service on collection, including lunch.
Judges commented the firm was a clear winner, saying: “We chose Silverstone Fleet Management because we genuinely couldn’t see that there was any more they could do to enhance their customer experience further.”
Scott Norville, managing director at Silverstone Fleet Management, said:
“We truly believe that we provide the best level of service within our industry. We are constantly looking at ways to maintain and improve upon this and we never stand still. To receive this award is a massive honour and recognition of the efforts we are putting in, which is just wonderful.”
