Driveway Vehicle Solutions – formerly Pendragon Vehicle Management until March 2026 – has acquired the leasing company and small scale broker funder Agility Fleet, effective today (29 April 2026).
The deal by car retailer Lithia UK’s fleet and leasing arm sees Driveway Vehicle Solutions absorb Agility Fleet’s managed vehicle portfolio, FCA registration, and operational expertise.
The acquisition adds more than 1,200 vehicles to the Driveway Vehicle Solutions fleet, marking a significant step forward in the expansion of the acquisitive dealer group.

Driveway Vehicle Solutions reports that it has delivered strong performance over the last 12 months, seeing growth of 14%, 100% customer retention and a significant improvement in its Trustpilot rating from 1.3 to 4.5.
Agility Fleet was placed 43 in the FN50 2025 with a fleet of 1,200 vehicles. The acquisition by Driveway Vehicle Solutions – which placed 19 in the FN50 with a fleet of 11,596 – now gives Driveway a fleet of 13,200 vehicles which would place it one step further up the FN50 ladder.
Driveway said it was targeting a fleet of 20,000 as part of its growth strategy.
