LEON Wilce, a highly experienced corporate sales executive, has joined Bluepoppy Leasing as an appointed representative (AR).
Working within Bluepoppy’s B2B unit, Wilce brings over 30 years experience in the sector to the Bristol-based broker, with a specialism in fleet electrification.
We’re delighted Leon has joined us to boost our B2B capabilities at a time when many fleets are pivoting to EVs. His great experience in the sector, and in-depth consultative knowledge of electrification, will be a real benefit to our customers, particularly as we turn our focus to business sales opportunities rather than retail. We’ve also been writing some fleet management business using the ODO platform and we plan to develop this further, too.
Paul Watts-Barnes, managing director, Bluepoppy Leasing
Wilce, who was formerly the corporate and business manager at Honda retailer HSH Motors Company for 11 years, has also a further five years B2B experience with Howards Group Honda, and prior to that spells with broker funder and leaseco ALD Automotive, Vauxhall in the leasing department and BRS Truck Rental.
I’ve a great amount of experience in the south west of England talking to businesses in the area and meeting their vehicle requirements. I’m looking forward to bringing that experience from the dealer side into the leasing broker sector as Bluepoppy expands its business to business capabilities.
