MANCHESTER broker Nationwide Vehicle Contracts has been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, an exclusive seal of excellence reserved for businesses that consistently deliver world-class customer experiences year after year.
The Platinum Trusted Service Award is awarded only to companies that have achieved the Gold standard for three or more consecutive years.
Nationwide said it reflected the leasing broker’s unwavering dedication to its customers and its ability to maintain exceptional service levels even as market conditions evolve.
Background to the Feefo Trusted Service Awards
Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to highlight brands that lead with transparency. Because these awards are based purely on the analysis of verified reviews from real customers, they remain an authentic reflection of a business’s commitment to service. In a marketplace where reviews can often be manipulated, the Feefo “Verified” status provides consumers with the confidence that the feedback they see is 100% genuine.
The Platinum award is a mark of enduring quality. To reach this level in 2026, Nationwide Vehicle Contracts demonstrated it could consistently earn a Feefo service rating of 4.5 or higher from a minimum of 50 verified reviews annually since 2023.
Nationwide collects its reviews through APD’s Purchase Verified Survey platform to ensure authenticity of reviews which can then be used on platforms such as Feefo.
During Nationwide’s customer experience survey, customers are asked for permission to display their comments and scores on the Feefo site. Once permission is obtained, the platform automatically sends this information to Feefo. Nationwide says this approach allows it to manage the customer experience, data confidentiality and the integrity of its performance metrics and customer surveys.
