THE first new Bridle Group broker franchisees went through an intensive three-day induction course last week (Mar 03-05).
Taking place at a Bridle’s Coventry office, the induction programme was led by experienced industry professional Andy Rayner (pictured above background).
The course content was written and tailored to the franchise opportunity by franchise director Tano Di Girolamo, head of compliance Nickie Brooks, and Rayner.
Following the initial two days of training, the franchisees were subject to an assessment with Bridle reporting an average pass rate of 90%, while spending day three with the franchisee services team on practical work and education on the quoting systems
Di Girolamo said:
“The feedback from the delegates was fantastic. We had comments such as ‘I have been on many training courses over the last 15 years, but this has been by far the best’. And ‘It was informative, covered far more than was expected and Andy’s delivery made the three days fly by – we can’t wait to get back to the office and get going’.
“So we’ve obviously got the formula just right. I look forward to introducing our next group of franchisees to the course.”
Bridle launched its franchise programme in January. The company also recently purchased rival broker Churchill Vehicle Leasing in February.
