GLASGOW-based Fleet Alliance Group has taken on an additional 3324ft of office space at its Skypark HQ.
The five-year lease for the extra office space gives the group nearly 10,000 sq ft at the Skypark business centre.
The new offices will accommodate the group’s growing team of technical and service staff and also allows for expansion of the Intelligent Car Leasing brand.
Fleet Alliance Group’s managing director, Martin Brown, said the business had gone through a period of rapid expansion during the past 12 months and was now managing 37,000 vehicles. These had a combined fleet worth of £1 billion.
Martin added: “Against a market that has fallen by around 4% this year, we are bucking the trend and expecting to see growth of around 20% by the end of this calendar year. The additional business space at Skypark will provide us with the scope to accommodate this.”
The rapid expansion of the Fleet Alliance Group fleet during the last year gives it significant scale in the leasing sector and would place it at number 12 in the FN50 table of leasing companies.
