GLASGOW-headquartered leasing broker and fleet management company, Fleet Alliance, has bought a licence to use the Gensen suite of tax and financial calculators.
Developed by specialist tax consultancy and automotive software developer, BCF Wessex, Gensen facilitates customer consultation in real time across a range of financial tools, including both employer and employee positions depending on the choice of financial product.
Fleet Alliance will begin using the software this month (October) across its corporate, partner and AR channels.
Martin Brown, managing director of Fleet Alliance, said:
“We’ve been testing the Gensen software for the last few months and we’ve been really impressed with how it enhances our consultative business. In particular, we can redefine customer choice lists while we are talking to customers. It’s hugely time saving and looks highly professional, too. We will also be equipping all our partners and ARs with the software as part of our investment in our expanding AR programme.”
BCF Wessex recently added two salary sacrifice calculators to the Gensen software suite. One illustrates the NIC savings available to employers, while the other shows the employee’s potential tax and NIC savings with a salary sacrifice car, along with the net cost versus a comparable PCH deal.
“We see a real opportunity to help SMEs switch back into the company car thanks to the current taxation system which supports zero and ultra low emission vehicles. Gensen helps us clearly demonstrate this proposition.”
