GLASGOW-based leasing and fleet management specialist Fleet Alliance has been rated as one of the Best Places to Work in the UK in the Financial Services and Insurance industry for the second year in a row.
The news comes hard on the heels of the company’s achievement in being named a Best Workplace for Women in the 2025 certification rankings for medium-sized businesses by Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, for the fourth time. The company, which was sold to Global Vans in June, has been voted a Great Place to Work 13 times.
Fleet Alliance CEO, Andy Bruce, commented: “We’re delighted to receive this most recent accolade in the financial services and insurance sector, cementing our position as an outstanding place to work.”
“Creating the right employee environment is essential to the success of the business. We’re committed to ensuring that all our employees build their work life around our four pillars of fairness, trust, engagement and respect.”

“We were also delighted to be recognised as a Best Workplace for Women for the fourth time. Women make up 55% of our total workforce, and 40% of our senior management team.
“Creating progressive pathways into leadership is essential, as is recognising and responding to women’s well-being. These are not ‘nice to haves’ – they are core to building a workplace that truly works for women.”
The Financial Services and Insurance survey was conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, and asked Fleet Alliance employees to comment on how the company supported their work-life balance, their sense of fulfilment and job satisfaction, along with psychological safety and financial security.
Evaluations also included an assessment of how well Fleet Alliance was able to deliver consistency of its employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.
