POOLE-BASED i247 Group has appointed Les Kerjenski to the newly created role of Technical Director, signalling a significant investment in technology and a commitment to enhancing customer experience.

Kerjenski brings over 30 years of experience to  leading outsourced fleet management provider i247, most recently serving as Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Fleet Assist. He will lead a 25-strong technology team responsible for IT, development, and data, driving i247 Group’s digital strategy forward.

“I was immediately impressed by the i247 Group leadership team's vision for leveraging technology to empower employees and deliver exceptional value to customers. I'm eager to spearhead the adoption of AI and machine learning to optimise the customer journey.”

This strategic appointment comes on the heels of consistent growth for i247 Group over the past three years. The company has significantly expanded its technology team, including five new IT software developers and a range of data and analytics specialists.
