FOLLOWING a successful debut in May 2024, Fleet Procure has announced that its second annual LIVE ride and drive event will take place at Donington Park in Derbyshire on 21-22 May 2025.
The event, which is open to all BVRLA leasing broker members and FN50 leasing companies, will provide attendees with the opportunity to see and drive the latest models from up to 20 vehicle OEMs.
The inaugural event in May 2024 saw over 300 visitors and 1,177 test drives conducted over the two days. Fleet Procure anticipates over 500 visitors at next year’s event and plans to host an evening event between the live days for both visitors and exhibitors.
"Fleet Procure LIVE is a fantastic addition to the annual calendar of the fleet industry and offers manufacturers the opportunity to demonstrate their latest vehicles to the salespeople of the leasing industry, who deal with fleet decision-makers and end users."
Lerato Barrett, Commercial Manager of Fleet Procure Tweet
Barrett added that participating manufacturers in 2024’s event reported that it provided them with a rare opportunity to engage with senior managers from over 50 leasing brokers and companies in just two days.
The exhibitor pack will be distributed to vehicle OEMs during the week of 04 November; visitor registration is expected to open in March 2025.
