CONGRATULATIONS to Gary Pearson who has been appointed Head of Sales for Renault and Dacia, effective today (28 April 2026).
A highly experienced automotive professional, Gary has experience across established premium OEMs as well as challenger brands.
Gary began his automotive career at Audi, where he spent 16 years in senior roles spanning sales, marketing and network development, before moving into global and start-up environments with McLaren and INEOS Automotive.
Most recently, Gary has held senior commercial roles at Andersen EV and Morgan Motor Company, where he focused on driving growth, strengthening brand positioning and improving commercial performance. His experience working closely with retailer networks, alongside leading international, corporate-facing operations, gives him a broad and practical perspective on today’s automotive landscape.
The UK market is at a really interesting point, with rapid change in both customer expectations and the broader shift to electrification. Renault and Dacia are both well positioned, with clear identities and strong product line-ups across their car and LCV ranges that speak directly to those changes.
According to Renault, Gary will be tasked with working alongside the Sales Operations team to build momentum and ensure strong alignment across the business, supporting continued growth for both the Renault and Dacia brands.
