CONGRATULATIONS to Gateway2Lease – the Bromsgrove-based leasing broker has just been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award.
Feefo awards the Platinum Trusted Service to businesses that have maintained Gold standard for three successive years.
To earn a Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must collect at least 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating between 4.5 and 5 during the period from 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
Gateway2Lease said it reflected the deep level of customer service it offered, a standard it said the company aimed to exceed in 2025.
Feefo launched the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to recognise brands that collected verified reviews and received great feedback from customers. Feefo says its awards are unique because they reflect a business’s genuine commitment to excellent customer service, based on real customer opinions.
“We’re thrilled to receive a Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo because it’s entirely based on genuine customer feedback. As a family-run business, we take great pride in providing a personal touch and building strong relationships with our customers. In today’s tough economic climate, we know how crucial it is to offer great value and service. This award reflects our team’s hard work and commitment to listening to our customers and meeting their vehicle leasing needs.”
Rob Marshall, Operations Director, Gateway2Lease
Tony Wheble, CEO at Feefo, congratulated Gateway2Lease:
“During these economically challenging times, it’s inspiring to see companies like Gateway2Lease consistently going above and beyond for their customers. The Trusted Service Awards recognise businesses that don’t just meet expectations – they exceed them. These awards celebrate companies that gather genuine feedback and use it to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The dedication shown by this year’s winners sets a benchmark for customer service excellence.”
