GATEWAY2LEASE has extended its current three year partnership agreement with salary sacrifice experts The Electric Car Scheme.
The new agreement, which is for a further five years, extends the partnership to bring continued growth and investment in technology for both partners.
Gateway2Lease says it’s also testament to how the relationship has developed over the past three years.
“The partnership combines our expertise in vehicle leasing with The Electric Car Scheme’s market leading and innovative salary sacrifice proposition,” commented Rob Marshall, Operations Director at Gateway2Lease.
The two companies report significant growth in the past 12 months, particularly with the addition of used vehicle leasing to the product offering, with strategies aligned around sales expansion, increased technology and the enabling of EV adoption in the UK.
The new agreement will see the customer experience further enhanced through deeper integration of advanced technologies in both companies – an area in which Gateway2Lease excels. The broker’s expertise was recognised in the Broker News Awards when Gateway2Lease won Best Innovation Award for the broker’s use of APIs to develop a robotic quote and pricing tool that improves efficiency and customer satisfaction.
“We are excited to announce the signing of this long-term, five-year agreement, which shows our commitment to building a strong and lasting partnership. By entering into this extended contract, both parties are provided with the stability and assurance needed to plan and execute long-term strategies, ultimately enabling growth.”

The Electric Car Scheme is no stranger to winning awards, either, winning the Customer Service Recognition Award at the British Renewable Energy Awards.
Customer service and a drive to make EVs the choice towards net zero underpin the sacrifice provider’s market position.
Commenting on the new agreement between Gateway2Lease and The Electric Car Scheme, CEO Thom Groot said:
“We remain focused on our mission to create a ‘no brainer’ decision for everyone to transition to net zero, at an affordable cost. To achieve this we partner with leading technology driven organisations like Gateway2Lease in order to bring the best of what the market has to offer to our clients. We look forward to continuing to develop our product offering, broadening the panel of finance providers, and driving continued growth together with Kelly, Rob and team.”
