WEST Midlands broker Gateway2Lease has moved into new premises at the Saxon Business Park in Bromsgrove.

With onsite parking and 5000sq ft of space, the new offices are currently plenty big enough for the broker’s 36 staff.

The building was purchased by the family firm back in April 2019 and has been updated and modernised during the intervening period.

Rob Marshall, director of Gateway2Lease, explained:

“We’re a family firm and wanted to invest in the right property that met our values, which included a rural location. 

“While the building is large for us at the moment, we can grow slowly and sustainably when the time is right.

“Our location means we can tap into the employment talent in Worcester, Bromsgrove and Redditch and we’re also very close to the M5 as well as local railway stations.” 

At the same time as moving, Gateway2Lease has also moved all of its IT into the cloud.

“I think migrating to the cloud offers easy expansion, easy archiving and, critically, disaster recovery is much easier. So it’s been a very positive step for us.”
