EDINBURGH-based leasing broker Gofor has appointed its first Head of Finance: Patrycja Janisz.

Gofor says the strategic appointment will bring senior finance experience to underpin Gofor’s commitment to deliver commercial growth and operational efficiency and to further improve customer and partner experience across 2025 and beyond.

Patrycja is a highly experienced finance professional, and an ACCA Affiliate, and joins Gofor as Head of Finance with a strong track record in financial strategy, reporting and resource management, developed across the technology, data analytics and crypto assets sectors. Her most recent appointment was with Zumo, a digital assets platform, where she was Financial Controller.

She will be responsible for ensuring the broker and fleet management company’s financial and operational strategy is robust and scalable as it prepares for further growth in 2025. Patrycja will report directly to Managing Director Iain Bennett and will join Gofor’s senior leadership team

“Patrycja has come through a competitive and challenging recruitment process and impressed both myself, our CEO Graham Lesslie, and the wider recruitment panel with her financial acumen, leadership and experience in supporting the growth of businesses who have been at a similar stage to the one we are at just now.”

Speaking about her new role, Patrycja said:

“Both Iain and CEO Graham spoke with incredible passion about their vision for Gofor and where they plan to take the business.  I’m looking forward to bringing my experience of working within fast-paced, growing companies to support our partners, customers and colleagues as we strengthen our finance function and continue to scale the business.”

In the past year, Gofor has onboarded a variety of new clients to both its fleet management and salary sacrifice propositions, while remaining focused on its existing long-term customer partnerships.
