GOFOR Finance has gone live with Fleet Procure.
The Edinburgh-based leasing broker said the broker/dealer procurement platform would help it to expand its sales aspirations more efficiently.
Although only the first few orders have gone through the system, managing director Graham Lesslie said that the platform would definitely streamline the broker’s acquisition process, replacing a system that was time-consuming and resource heavy.
“The Fleet Procure system is slick, and will let staff focus on other avenues that will assist business development. I can also see it working well with our growth plans to deal with larger volumes of orders more efficiently.”
Graham added that the Gofor Finance team has received training from Fleet Procure’s Lee Jones and Arron Mogridge, and had helped in implementing the platform alongside GoFor’s current CRM system.
A conversation with Lee at the Broker News dinner in London earlier this year, was the starting point for our transition to this new procurement platform. It was certainly a worthwhile chat. Apart from the efficiency aspect, it drives transparency between us and the dealer network because everything is logged. And getting real time availability updates is essential, particularly at this stage when delivery times are in constant flux, because offering reliability of information to customers is essential.
Gofor Finance is the 80th leasing broker to join the Fleet Procure e-commerce platform, which has seen 10,000 orders go through the system during H1 2022.
