THE BVRLA has produced a downloadable booklet that can be used by leasing brokers returning to work.
Called A Guide to Operating during the Covid-19 pandemic, the pdf will be updated when new information or guidance is available with a new version number.
Amanda Brandon, director of fleet services, writing in her introduction, says:
“The aim of this guide is to provide support and guidance to BVRLA members on the running of their operations during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“The safety of staff and customers is of the utmost importance during these unprecedented times and by using initiative and taking a best practice approach to their operations, members can manage the risks to those who are continuing to work and customers who need vehicles.”
The guide is easy to read and simple to understand, providing brokers with guidance on everything from risk assessment to cleaning implementation.
