That’s one of the questions we’ll be putting to Mario Vignali, Sytner Group’s OEM Relations Director, later this month.
From Ferrari to Bugatti, Mario has spent more than 40 years delivering exceptional customer experiences to some remarkable clients. Now he’ll be sharing some of those stories and insights at Women in Broking Live! in Northampton on 22 July.
Attendees will hear Mario reflect on a motor industry career spanning more than four decades, including 33 years with Ferrari – and his experience of working with Bugatti, McLaren and Aston Martin Lagonda. Not to mention the recent launch of the Audi Nuvolari supercar.
The session will offer a fascinating glimpse into working with high-profile figures from the worlds of sport and entertainment, alongside practical insights on delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
Mario said:
“I’ve spent more than 40 years working with some of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, and one thing has never changed – customer service is everything. Whether you’re helping someone buy a supercar or guiding a customer through their first car purchase, the principles are the same. I’m looking forward to sharing some of the experiences and lessons I’ve learned over the years.”
Is the event open to everyone?
