USING technology to increase business efficiency is essential for growing success, Fleet Procure’s Lee Jones told assembled diners at the Leasing Broker Forum dinner organised by Broker News.
Fleet Procure was sponsor for the evening, and MD Lee Jones explained that investing in technology enabled brokers to not only increase business efficiency but carve out time to concentrate on consulting with clients – even more critical in today’s regulated environment.
“We now have a growing customer base of leasing broker users of our Fleet Procure platform that provides an end-to-end digital journey, from locating stock to dealer delivery, dispensing with old-school spreadsheets that are time consuming and difficult to update – and impossible to do so in real time.
“Meanwhile our Stock Manager module provides real time clarity on the level of stock and its allocation, and is being used increasingly by leasecos, such as Leasys and Drivalia. We are close to revealing the latest funder to start using our system before the start of November,” Lee added.
“Whether you use our systems or not, it’s about using the newest technology to force through greater efficiencies in your business, freeing up time for greater business development and customer service.”
The evening was a sell-out success and following dinner there was an engaging conversation over new ideas from Broker News and the role and positioning of brokers in the market.
The next dinner will be in the new year, but before that we will be hosting another Women in Broking Live! event, with details being finalised this week. Another date for your diary is the Broker News Awards 2025, which will take place on 03 April in London.
