AWAY from the car and van testing at Fleet Procure Live, Vince Pemberton – the Chair of the BVRLA Leasing Broker Committee and CEO of Rivervale Leasing – will be hosting a special industry update session.

The session is structured into three parts with Vince promising a punchy and informative forum, with questions from the floor from leasing brokers.

“There’s plenty of experience in our panels,” said Vince. “One of the important things for me in taking over the Chair’s role at the BVRLA is to attend events where you get brokers to interact and understand some of the important updates affecting the sector. And that’s definitely the plan for this session.”

Fleet Procure Live takes place at the Millbrook Proving Ground in Bedfordshire across two days – 13-14 May 2026. The Industry Update session takes place at midday on 13 May.

Industry Update Sessions at Fleet Procure Live

BVRLA & Broker Market Update

Joining Vince will be Simon Tebbutt and Amanda Brandon from the BVRLA. “We’ll be getting into regulation, compliance, and the evolving role and value of leasing brokers,” says Vince.

Leasing Company & Funder Panel

A strong line-up of funder experience joins Vince on stage, featuring Broker News Partners Nickie Conde (Leasys), Ben Faulkner (Arval), Chris Swallow (Novuna Vehicle Solutions) along with Richard Chadwick from Alphabet.

“We all know we can’t operate without funders, but equally, the leasing broker channel has never been more important. Looking forward to a very open discussion on where that balance is heading,” explains Vince.

OEMs & Dealer Groups

For this session I’m joined by Andrew Burgess of Greenhous, along with supporters of the Broker News Awards Marco Capozzoli (Vertu Fleet) and Claudio De Freitas (BYD). A further OEM is awaiting confirmation.

“We’ll be talking about the role leasing brokers play in OEM and dealer strategy, and what that means for leasing brokers going forward,” says Vince.
