FORMER ODO customer success manager, Jacqui Allen, has joined Digital INNK, the fleet management software company.
Jacqui brings her extensive software launch and support experience to her new role as head of customer support and implementation to the Birmingham-based start-up.
She is tasked with leading the operational delivery of the company’s ViSN platform across the UK and in international markets.

Digital INNK believes its ViSN platform is set to shake up the market with a broader ecosystem of tools than those offered by established players. It supports any fleet car-servicing event, from tyres to repair, using AI to create a fast and efficient process.

Former Drive Software Solutions director Martin Drake – responsible for the ODO platform used by many leasing brokers – has also joined the company as chief commercial officer tasked with developing the leasing broker opportunity.
At the start of the year, the business secured funding investment to develop its ViSN software.
