JURNI Leasing has announced the acquisition of FIRE5 digital, a leading provider of digital solutions for the vehicle leasing industry. This strategic move reinforces Jurni’s commitment to innovation and digital transformation within the sector.
Jurni – formerly known the Bridle Group – has enjoyed a close working relationship with FIRE5 digital for the past four years, during which it invested heavily in the development of FIRE5’s CRM and automation solution, Automotus, and its bespoke website platform. These tools have played a crucial role in Jurni’s operations and have empowered its Appointed Representative programme, Partner Jurni, by providing franchisees with cutting-edge CRM and web capabilities.
"Our strategic direction has always been focused on identifying opportunities that drive innovation and differentiation in the leasing broker market. By bringing FIRE5 digital fully into the Jurni family, we’re able to leverage their expertise and technology even more effectively, delivering tangible value for our customers and partners."

This acquisition builds on Jurni’s history of investing in fintech businesses that complement its existing services. In 2020, Jurni acquired the industry’s leading cloud-based vehicle procurement and live tactical stock management system, Fleet Procure, solidifying its position as a frontrunner in technology-driven solutions within the vehicle leasing broker space.
Frankie Healy, Managing Director of FIRE5 digital, will join Jurni’s senior management team to lead the next phase of development.
"FIRE5 digital and Jurni have a strong alignment in both ambition and culture. Joining forces allows us to accelerate the pace of innovation and new product development, strengthening our offering for the leasing industry."
Frankie Healy, Managing Director of FIRE5 digital Tweet
Jurni said the integration of FIRE5 digital will enhance the leasing broker’s ability to deliver a superior experience to its customers and partners, supported by industry-leading technology and advanced tools that drive business growth.
