A NEW interim leasing package has been launched by Kardi Leasing in response to worldwide shortages of new models and extended lead times brought about by the lack of semiconductor availability.
The Milton Keynes-based leasing broker says it will provide clients with brand new vehicles on a temporary basis until their ordered, specified vehicle is built and delivered from the factory.
With more than 80 cars in stock currently, and more models arriving in mid-December to take the number to more than 150 vehicles, Kardi Leasing says the offer is proving popular with customers who are having to wait 3-6 months or more in delayed orders.
Delivery is available anywhere in mainland UK, with insurance provided for the duration of the agreement. Prices start at £200 per month, with petrols and hybrids available across a variety of body types.
Manager at Kardi Leasing, Aaron Sherlock, said:
“We have seen a great increase in enquiries from prospective clients who need a vehicle immediately. These clients often end up compromising and leasing a vehicle that does not fully satisfy their needs or else extending their lease with their existing broker.
“Our new solution allows people to take delivery of a new car on a short-term basis and wait for the vehicle that they want. We have seen that our clients are much happier with this temporary solution, rather than dealing with the hassle of an extension or the stress of leasing whatever is available.”
