THE sight of an orange and green fluffy monster will not be new to those leasing brokers and dealer partners that attended Fleet Procure Live earlier this week (13-14 May 2026).
For those who weren’t there, say hello to Bumper.
Bumper, you see, is a brand new mascot for the leasing price comparison site, Leasing.com as it wants to progress beyond functional lease comparison to putting a large orange arm around the site’s visitors to help with providing consumer guidance.
Leasing.com told Broker News that Bumper is to be introduced via a nationwide, multi-platform campaign spanning connected TV, audio, digital out-of-home and social media. It will support the lease aggregator’s shift towards long-term brand building and distinctiveness.
“Car finance can feel intimidating or confusing for a lot of people. We wanted a way to make the experience feel more human and enjoyable, while keeping the trust and credibility that sit at the heart of our site. Bumper gives us a versatile and fun brand tool that helps people feel at ease and confident when choosing a car, van, motorbike or other asset.”
Chris Evans, Chief Marketing Officer at Leasing.com Tweet

The Bumper mascot was developed by brand agency Ponderosa. “Bumper is a brand mascot crafted to playfully personify Leasing.com.” said Jon Workman, Creative Director at Ponderosa. “Instantly recognisable, warm, and approachable, Bumper reinforces the trust the category demands while giving the brand a distinctive way to deliver consistently across channels and a platform we can build on for the long term.”
